1. General Terms

Welcome to Mundo de Lala! By accessing and using our website, services, and workshops, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern reservations, cancellations, liability, and participant responsibilities.

Mundo de Lala offers creative workshops for children and personal development sessions, including Family Constellations. These services are designed for education, growth, and self-discovery but are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments.

2. Reservations & Payments

✅ Workshop & Session Booking:

All reservations must be made in advance through our website, email, or in person.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

✅ Payment Policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (where applicable).

✅ Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop/session are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund or credit towards a future session.
No-shows or cancellations within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
In case of medical reasons, refunds or rescheduling may be granted upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

✅ Workshop Packages:

Packages must be used within their specified validity period.
Unused sessions after the validity period cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Packages are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another participant with prior approval.

3. Participation & Liability

✅ For Children’s Workshops:

Parents/legal guardians must ensure children arrive on time and follow workshop guidelines.
In case of an emergency, parents/legal guardians will be contacted immediately using the provided contact details.
Mundo de Lala instructors ensure a safe and engaging environment but are not responsible for injuries caused by a child’s own actions, failure to follow instructions, or unforeseen incidents.
If a child repeatedly disrupts the session, Mundo de Lala reserves the right to refuse further participation.
Parents/legal guardians are responsible for informing Mundo de Lala of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before the session.

✅ For Family Constellations & Adult Sessions:

Family Constellation workshops and other personal development sessions are not medical treatments or therapy. They are designed for self-awareness and personal growth.
Participants attend these sessions at their own discretion and responsibility.
Mundo de Lala and its facilitators are not liable for emotional distress or reactions resulting from participation.
If you have a medical or psychological condition, please consult a professional before attending a session.

✅ Injury & Liability Waiver:

Mundo de Lala is not liable for injuries, lost belongings, or unforeseen events occurring during workshops.
Parents/legal guardians accept full responsibility for their child’s participation.
Adult participants in workshops and constellations acknowledge they are attending at their own risk.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Mundo de Lala respects your privacy. Any personal data collected (such as name, email, and booking details) is used solely for registration, communication, and internal purposes. We do not share your data with third parties.
