Legal Terms and Conditions of Participation in Instagram Giveaway - Mundo de Lala

 

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

Mundo de Lala, located in Valencia, Spain, is organizing this promotional giveaway (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion"), exclusively for residents of Spain, in accordance with the terms outlined below. The purpose of this giveaway is to reward and engage with our Instagram community and promote our creative workshops for children.

 

2. START AND END DATES

The Promotion will start on March 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM and will end on March 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM (local Spain time).

 

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

To participate in the Promotion, participants must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old and reside in Spain.

• Have an active Instagram account.

• Follow the @mundodelala_ Instagram account.

• Like the giveaway post.

• Comment on the giveaway post by tagging two (2) friends (each additional comment counts as an extra entry).

• Participants can only enter using a single Instagram account. If it is detected that a participant enters the draw using multiple accounts, they will be disqualified.

 

4. CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

The winner will be selected randomly via an independent tool such as Easypromos or Sortea2.

The winner will be announced on March 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM via Mundo de Lala’s Instagram Stories and in the giveaway post’s comments.

The prize consists of 2 free spots at a creative workshop of the winner's choice (subject to availability).

The winner must confirm their participation within 24 hours of the announcement, otherwise, an alternate winner will be selected.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

Participants who do not comply with the rules will be disqualified.

Entries from fake accounts, accounts created solely for giveaways, or accounts violating Instagram’s community guidelines will be void.

 

6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments that contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content will be deleted, and the participant will be disqualified.

 

7. DISCLAIMER

Mundo de Lala is not responsible for:

Internet connection failures or technical problems that prevent participation.

The inability to contact the winner due to incorrect or missing information.

Cancellations or modifications of the Promotion due to unforeseen circumstances.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

 

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Participants agree that their personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the giveaway.

The winner consents to their name being published on Mundo de Lala’s Instagram account.

9. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

Mundo de Lala reserves the right to modify or extend these terms, provided it does not prejudice participants.

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and Instagram’s terms of use.

 

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
