Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies – Mundo de Lala

1. Booking Policy

✅ All workshops must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
✅ You can choose between online payment (at the time of booking) or cash payment on the workshop day.
✅ Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment Options

💳 Online Payment: Secure your spot by paying online at the time of booking.
💵 Cash Payment: If you choose to pay in cash, you must still register online to reserve your spot.

🔹 For cash payments: If you do not show up for the workshop without prior notice, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist, and future cash bookings may not be accepted.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

🔸 Up to 24 hours before the workshop → You may reschedule for another available session.
🔸 Less than 24 hours before the workshop → The session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
🔸 No-show without prior notice → The session is forfeited and non-refundable.

       For package holders:

• Sessions must be used within the validity period of the package.

• Unused sessions will expire after the validity period and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

• Package sessions can be transferred to another child with prior approval.

 

4. Waitlist Policy

✅ If a workshop is fully booked, you can join the waitlist.
✅ If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email or phone.
✅ Once notified, you have 12 hours to confirm your participation before the spot is offered to the next person on the list.

 

5. Refund Policy

🔄 Refunds are not available, except in the case of cancellation by Mundo de Lala.
🔹 If Mundo de Lala cancels a session, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

 

6. General Responsibility

Mundo de Lala is not responsible for lost items, late arrivals, or unforeseen personal circumstances that prevent attendance.
